The price includes exclusive use of the venue facilities and included amenities from 12pm - 10pm on your rental day.

The venue can seat up to 140 people indoors with plenty of room for more guests outdoors (weather permitting), We provide up to 150 crossback chairs and 125 wood folding chairs, if you anticipate having more than 250-275 guests at a time, please contact us to discuss options for accommodating your event.

What is included in your Wedding Venue Cost?

When you choose River View Ranch, you secure an exclusive 10-hour block allowing you to host your ceremony, luncheon, and reception seamlessly in one location without feeling rushed. We ensure your day is effortless by including one complimentary "space flip": our team manages the initial setup, takedown, and transition of all tables and chairs from your ceremony to your reception layout, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

Decor Package: $250

Our decor package gives you full access to our entire inventory of onsite decor items (view items here). We eliminate all decorating stress by having our team set up and style any pieces you select, including your chosen backdrop. This means you can walk directly into a beautiful, finished space on your event day without needing to handle any of the setup yourself.

Yard Games: $100

Alcohol fee: $400

(Please note that this fee is for any clients who wish to serve alcohol at their event. This fee does not include bartender service or the refundable cleaning/damage fee.)

*Table and seating removal fee is $150 if you need the space emptied of all tables and chairs.
